I have always struggled with eating, staying consistent in my workouts, and especially with my weight. 2024 - 2025 was the last year I was at my biees (200lbs). I was so demotivated, unhappy with myself and how I looked, that I couldn't take it anymore. I started my journey back in June 2025 with David, and it has been uphill ever since! I have gotten to a weight where I didn't think I would ever reach(150lbs)! And it's thanks to coach for guiding me on my weight loss journey.
